I watched the entire update from USB (do as others have described) and it has 9 updates, including initialization of apps, Sirris XM, Bluetooth Headset, and two pieces for the NAV update. Just for kicks, reset the ECM: Start the bike and allow it to warm up to normal operating temperature and remain at idle for at least 90 seconds. Do not operate the throttle during this time. Turn bike off.
